Paris? S'il vous plait!

On Friday night, P planned the perfect date...

He rented Julie and Julia from Netflix, and let the french cooking take over as a theme for the evening.

We made savory crepes with squash, peppers and tomatoes for dinner, and had sweet crepes with fruit and chocolate for dessert. They were beautiful & delicious!

The real treat, though, was when he said that we were actually...going to Paris! The two of us! In October! P is taking me to Paris for a long weekend (while we are on the East Coast it almost costs the same as flying home...) and we cannot wait.

The bar is set a little too high for date night, folks. I'm not sure what I can do when it is my turn to plan!

Umm, best date ever! I am so jealous you get to go to Paris, and what a romantic build-up to it all! Hope you two have a fabulous time :)
